Somehow, I just can’t wrap my head around the fact that Thanksgiving is next week. It’s been quite an emotional year with my mom going to be with Jesus in January. This will be our first Thanksgiving without her and although I thank God she is no longer in pain and is now dancing on the streets of gold with our heavenly Father; it doesn’t ease the pain and sorrow I have knowing she won’t be sitting across from me at the diner table. I am so very thankful for my loving and supporting husband and son. They have been my rock.
Intentional Living is what I’m striving for these days. I’ll be the first to admit it’s not the easiest thing to do. Especially with all the business and life-trying times life tends to bring your way. But I’ll also be the first to admit, you are not promised tomorrow. Live each day as if it’s your last. Live for the little moments in life. Don’t hold grudges. Focus on your blessings. Don’t stress over the small stuff and most importantly make memories with your family.
Today I thought I’d share with you a few pictures of our Fall Dining Table. If you’ve been following me for any length of time, you know I don’t decorate with the traditional colors (i.e., orange for Fall or red for Christmas) LOL. I prefer more neutral colors. What colors do you like? Do you like traditional colors?
Thanks for stopping by.
P.S. I have two short videos to share with you at the bottom of my post. Hope you enjoy them.
Hope you have a fabulous day!
